After the concept of tens, students of Pre school performed hands on activity of tens and ones. Students were given strips of tens which were placed on 100 grid with ones (individual squares). Students then counted tens as 1 ten, 2 tens, 3 tens (as given on grid) and then counted number of ones (as given- eg 4 ones) which makes number 34. Students placed 3 below ‘T’ and 4 below ‘O’.
