Sound detectives- Pre Primary

Students explored the concept of ‘a’ and ‘an’ through an engaging flashcard activity. They looked at each picture, identified the initial sound of the word, and determined whether it was a vowel or consonant sound. The students then placed the flashcards under the appropriate ‘a’ or ‘an’ heading.

The hands-on activity encouraged students to observe carefully the initial sounds and apply the concept of ‘a’ and ‘an’ in a fun and meaningful way.
