Letter Names and Sounds- PP
Learners participated in an engaging Letter Names and Sounds Association Activity to strengthen their understanding of letter–sound correspondence. Students were given letter name flashcards and encouraged to identify and pick the corresponding sound card.
As they matched the cards, they confidently practiced articulating the sounds aloud, for example, “J says /j/, M says /m/, O says /o/, Q says /q/.” This hands-on activity helped reinforce letter recognition, sound identification and phonological awareness.
